Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for orders. Digima is not the Merchant of Record and does not collect or store full payment card details.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your Remoneo subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal or any other method made available by Remoneo.

Cancellation prevents future renewals.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund: access to the plan remains available until the end of the period already paid.

Any refund must be requested separately and is assessed under this Policy, the 30-day commercial guarantee described below, the Paddle Refund Policy and any applicable mandatory rights.

Beta access: the free access granted under the Beta programme is not a purchase and involves no charge; it therefore gives rise to no right to a refund for the free Beta period. The refund conditions set out in this Policy for purchased subscriptions remain unchanged.

2. 30-day commercial refund guarantee

Digima voluntarily offers a 30-day commercial refund guarantee.

The guarantee is valid only on the first purchase of a plan, once per account, and may be exercised within 30 days from the date of the first purchase.

Renewals following the first purchase and any amounts arising from upgrades, downgrades or other plan changes are excluded from the guarantee.

The guarantee is a commercial choice by Digima and not an obligation imposed by Paddle.

The commercial guarantee is separate from any mandatory rights the consumer may have: it does not limit or replace the right of withdrawal or other rights provided by law, where applicable.

Requests are handled through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record, and any refund is issued according to the methods applicable through Paddle.

To use the guarantee, write to customer@remoneo.com stating your account email and the date of the first purchase, or contact Paddle support (

https://paddle.net

).

3. Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. Paddle may calculate the applicable charge on a pro-rata basis for the remaining portion of the current billing period. The amount actually due, including any applicable credits or taxes, is determined and displayed by Paddle before confirmation.

A downgrade requested during an active billing period is scheduled: the current plan and its entitlements remain active until the end of the period already paid, and the downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period.

The user may cancel a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect.

Amounts relating to plan changes are not covered by the 30-day commercial guarantee.

4. Refunds handled by Paddle

Payments made through Paddle are subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms (

https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

) and to the Paddle Refund Policy (

https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy

) applicable to the relevant transaction.

Mandatory rights granted by applicable law prevail over any provision of this Policy.

Outside the 30-day commercial guarantee, Paddle may assess refund requests according to its own policy, applicable law and the circumstances of the individual transaction. A refund request does not automatically create a right to a refund, except where such a right is provided by law or by a specific condition applicable to the transaction.

5. Problems with the service

If the service is not provided, suffers a substantial malfunction or does not match its description, please contact us promptly at: customer@remoneo.com

We will review the report and, where necessary, work with Paddle to handle the relevant transaction.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may benefit from the right of withdrawal provided by the law applicable to distance contracts.

For digital services and digital content, specific exceptions and conditions may apply where performance begins before the withdrawal period expires. Italian law provides, in particular, specific conditions regarding the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal for certain digital content supplied immediately.

Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this Policy or by the 30-day commercial guarantee.

7. How to request support or a refund

For a request relating to Remoneo you may write to: customer@remoneo.com

For requests directly relating to the Paddle transaction you may also use Paddle's customer support service (

https://paddle.net

).

Paddle's Refund Policy is available on its website (

https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy

) and governs the conditions applicable to transactions handled by Paddle.

8. Effects of a refund

Where a refund is granted, access to the refunded product or service may be revoked according to the applicable conditions. Paddle's policy expressly provides that, in the event of a refund, access to the relevant product may cease.
