Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Service provider

The Remoneo service, available at https://remoneo.com/, is provided by Digima di Bonomelli Francesco, Via Domenighini 8, 25043 Breno (BS) – Italy.

VAT number: IT03026150981 — Tax code: BNMFNC70C10B149E.

Certified email: certificata@pec.digimaweb.it — Email: digima@digimaweb.it.

For support relating to the Remoneo service: customer@remoneo.com

2. Subject of the service

Remoneo is an online software service (SaaS) that allows users to access, through a personal account, the features made available by the plan they choose.

The features, usage limits and any additional characteristics associated with each plan are stated on the website and during the purchase process before the subscription is concluded.

The service is delivered online and requires no local software installation, except for any components or tools expressly indicated by Remoneo.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

Registering with Remoneo and, where applicable, purchasing a paid plan constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Before completing a purchase, the user is invited to review these Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

For purchases made by consumers, the mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer protection law also apply.

4. Account

To use Remoneo you must create an account providing correct, complete and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activities carried out through their account.

The user must promptly inform Remoneo if they believe their credentials have been compromised.

An account may not be used to circumvent the limits of the relevant plan or to allow access to the service by unauthorised parties, except as expressly provided by the purchased plan.

5. Plans and features

Remoneo may offer different subscription plans. As at the date of the last update, the available plans are: Starter, Pro, Studio.

The features and limits associated with each plan are those stated on the website and during the purchase process at the time of subscription.

Remoneo may modify, improve or update the features of the service. Substantial changes adversely affecting user rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where necessary, communicated by appropriate means.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis, as selected by the user at purchase.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled before the next renewal.

The billing frequency, the applicable price and the subscription conditions are shown to the user before order confirmation.

7. Prices, taxes and payments

Currently published list prices: Starter monthly €19/month; Starter annual €190/year; Pro monthly €39/month; Pro annual €390/year; Studio monthly €89/month; Studio annual €890/year.

The prices above are the list prices currently published and may be changed for the future. The price actually applied to the order, including any applicable taxes, is exclusively the one displayed by Paddle in the checkout immediately before order confirmation.

The price applied may vary depending on the buyer's country and the applicable taxes.

Payment is handled through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions made through its checkout.

Purchases processed by Paddle are subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms (

https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

).

The payment method, transaction data and any payment documents are handled according to Paddle's procedures.

Remoneo does not collect or store full payment card details.

8. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for orders placed through its checkout and handles transaction-related matters, including payment, applicable taxes, invoicing and refunds under the applicable conditions. This is consistent with Paddle's official model.

For requests relating to a payment or a refund, the user may use the support channels provided by Paddle, in addition to Remoneo support.

9. Upgrades and downgrades

The user may change plan using the features made available by Remoneo.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Paddle may calculate the applicable charge on a pro-rata basis for the remaining portion of the current billing period. The amount actually due, including any applicable credits or taxes, is determined and displayed by Paddle before confirmation.

A downgrade requested during an active billing period is scheduled: the current plan and its entitlements remain active until the end of the period already paid, and the downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period.

The user may cancel a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect.

The applicable financial terms are those shown during the change process and handled by Paddle.

10. Cancellation and 30-day commercial guarantee

The user may cancel their subscription at any time through the methods made available by Remoneo and/or the Paddle Customer Portal.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically result in a refund of the period already paid: access to the plan features remains available until the end of the period already paid.

Any refund must be requested separately and is assessed under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the 30-day commercial guarantee and any applicable mandatory rights.

Digima offers a voluntary 30-day commercial refund guarantee, valid only on the first purchase of a plan, once per account, for 30 days from the date of the first purchase; subsequent renewals and any amounts arising from upgrades, downgrades or other plan changes are excluded. The guarantee is offered by Digima and is not an obligation imposed by Paddle. Detailed conditions are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The commercial guarantee is separate from any mandatory rights the consumer may have and does not limit or replace the right of withdrawal or other rights provided by law, where applicable.

11. Failed payments

In the event of a failed payment, Paddle may make further charge attempts according to its own procedures.

While the failed payment is being handled, access to the service may temporarily remain active according to the subscription status reported by Paddle.

If the subscription is definitively suspended or cancelled following non-payment, access to paid features may be revoked.

12. Trials and the Beta programme

Remoneo may offer, at its discretion, trial periods, promotional access or Beta programmes. Beta or trial access does not automatically constitute a paid subscription.

Beta programme — access. Taking part in the Beta programme allows you to use Remoneo on the Pro plan free of charge. The ordinary duration of Beta access is 90 days.

The 90 days start from the actual activation (redemption) of Beta access, not from the participation request nor from its approval by Remoneo.

During the Beta the participant uses the Pro plan and cannot change plan; no paid subscription is created and no charge is made.

When the 90 days end, Beta access terminates automatically and the account moves to the free plan, unless the user has meanwhile activated a regular paid subscription. A paid subscription can also be taken out after the Beta has ended.

Beta programme — benefit reserved to participants. The benefit consists of a permanent 20% discount on the future paid subscription, applied once it has been granted.

Simply requesting or obtaining Beta access does not automatically grant the 20% benefit: it is not an automatic right arising from registration to the programme alone.

The benefit may be granted to participants who meet the conditions of the programme, based on actual use of the service and on the contribution provided during the Beta. Remoneo may assess the tester's participation and contribution for the purpose of granting the benefit.

The benefit is separate from free Beta access: once granted it can also be used after the 90 days have ended and does not require the subscription to be activated during the Beta period.

13. Acceptable use

The user undertakes to use Remoneo in compliance with the law and with these Terms.

It is prohibited to: use the service for unlawful purposes; attempt to compromise the security of the service; circumvent technical or commercial limits; use other users' accounts or credentials without authorisation; reverse engineer the service to the extent prohibited by law; interfere with the normal operation of the platform; use automated systems in a way that compromises the availability of the service.

14. User content and data

The user remains responsible for the data, content and information they enter or process through Remoneo.

The user warrants that they have the right to use such content and that processing it does not infringe third-party rights or legal provisions.

15. Intellectual property

Remoneo and its software, code, interface, trademarks, graphic elements, documentation and content made available by Remoneo are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Purchasing a subscription grants the user a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of the subscription, according to the plan purchased.

No ownership right in the software or its components is transferred to the user.

16. Service availability

Remoneo undertakes to keep the service reasonably available but does not guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions, errors or unavailability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to, among other things: maintenance; updates; infrastructure issues; technology provider issues; events beyond Remoneo's reasonable control.

17. Limitation of liability

Remoneo shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the service contrary to these Terms or to the instructions provided.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Remoneo shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from the temporary inability to use the service.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

18. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Remoneo Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Users are invited to review it before using the service.

19. Consumer right of withdrawal

Where the user acts as a consumer, the mandatory provisions of Italian and European law on distance contracts apply.

In general, consumers have 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal in distance contracts, subject to the exclusions or conditions provided by law. For digital services and content supplied immediately, specific rules may apply where the consumer expressly requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period and received the information required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.

20. Support

For support relating to Remoneo you may contact: customer@remoneo.com

For matters relating to payments, receipts or refund requests, the user may also use Paddle's support channels. Paddle's policy currently indicates its Buyer Support as the channel for refund requests.

21. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be amended for regulatory, technical or organisational reasons.

The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time the service is used, unless otherwise provided by law for contracts already concluded.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law, subject to the mandatory rules of the law applicable to the consumer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brescia, Italy. Where the user acts as a consumer, any mandatory jurisdiction applicable under consumer protection law shall remain unaffected.
